Aspera Capital seeks established small to medium sized businesses for acquisition. Currently, Aspera is targeting businesses located primarily in Utah or the greater Salt Lake City area with the following characteristics:

• EBITDA of $750,000 - $2,000,000
• 5+ years of operating history
• Focus Industries: outdoor hospitality/recreation, commercial/residential services, automotive/powersports, lodging or travel, health and fitness
• Current Owner willing to assist with transition/training
• No outstanding legal or financial issues
